Choc a Choc Muffins (using Cookie Mix)

These gluten-free Chocolate Muffins are the epitome of indulgence for any sweet lover. We use our Choc a Choc Cookie Mix for these muffins, making this recipe so easy to mix, bake and munch.


Gluten Free ·   Nut Free 

Serves 10-12

Ingredients

1 x pkt Choc A Choc Cookie Mix

2 tspns GF Baking Powder

2 eggs lightly whisked

1/3 cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil

1/2 cup Milk

200g Natural Greek Yoghurt

Method

Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a medium bowl sieve Choc A Choc Cookie Mix and GF Baking Powder (tip in choc chips).

Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.

Fill prepared Muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake for approx 25 minutes, rotating once.

Cool in pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack to completely cool.
