To make gluten free self raising flour add 1.5 teaspoons gluten free baking powder for every 150 g of flour.

Ingredients: brown rice, white rice, quinoa, tapioca and sweet rice flours

Free from: gluten, wheat, corn, nuts, dairy, preservatives, gums and raising agents
