Obsessed with smoothies? We are too, and are loving our seriously scrumptious Granola Smoothie Bowl that is not only gluten free, but also vegan. Who knew such deliciousness could be so good… and good for you!


Gluten Free ·  Sugar Free ·  Dairy Free ·  Vegan

Serves 1

Ingredients

25g / 1 Tablespoon Seriously Great Granola

85g banana / approx 1 small banana

1 medjool date, pip removed

125ml / ½ cup almond milk

20g / 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

25g / 1 Tablespoon peanut butter

2 teaspoons golden flaxmeal

1 teaspoon maca powder

Method

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender
and blend until creamy and smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit of
your choice and some Seriously Great
Granola.

Enjoy!
