Granola Yoghurt Cup

Our delicious Granola Yoghurt Cups are one of my favorite on-the-go breakfasts. Make these in jars at the start of your week and have a easy fuss free breakfast cup ready to go! Change up you Berry Coulis for a new treat each week and top with our Gluten Free Granola!

This recipe is made with Seriously Great Granola

Makes 4

Ingredients

Coulis

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1-2 Tbn raw sugar

Yoghurt Cup

500g yoghurt of choice

100g Seriously Great Granola

1 punnet blueberries

Method

This recipe is for 4 serves but easy to adjust to suit desired serving quantities.

Coulis

Place frozen berries in a small saucepan

Add raw sugar and warm through until sugar is dissolved.

Mash down with a fork and allow to cool

To Assemble

Add 100g of yoghurt to each cup.

Divide Coulis between serving cups.

Add 25g of yoghurt.

Top with 25g Seriously Great Granola and blueberries.

Notes

Mix this recipe up with your choice of yoghurts.

The super easy coulis recipe will work with any singular berry so mix it up - variety is the spice of life!
