Ingredients
130g / 1 cup frozen mango
75g / ½ large banana, peeled
35g / 1 very small carrot, peeled
80mls / ⅓ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
6 dried apricots
25g / 1 tablespoon raw cashews
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons goji berry powder
Seriously Great Granola
Rockmelon or Mango and Blackberries
Method
Add the mango, banana, carrot, orange juice, apricots, cashews, vanilla, honey and goji berry powder to a high speed blender and blend until super smooth and creamy.
Serve the Orange Smoothie Bowl with some Seriously Great Granola and fruit.
Note: If you want to add your favourite vanilla protein powder to give it a boost, add another tablespoon of orange juice. It can be kept covered in the fridge overnight, without losing it’s lovely thick texture.
