Ingredients
25g / 1 heaped tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Seriously Great Granola
70g / 6-8 strawberries
40g / half small banana, frozen
30g / ¼ cup raspberries, frozen
20g / 1 medjool date, pitted
10g / 1 tablespoon acai powder
60g / ¼ cup yoghurt
To Serve
20g / 1 heaped tablespoon Seriously Great Granola
Fresh fruit
Method
Blitz the Seriously Great Granola in a blender with strawberries, banana, raspberries, date, acai powder and yoghurt until smooth. Serve immediately in a bowl topped with Seriously Great Granola and diced fruit.
Notes
Fresh banana can be used if strawberries are frozen.
80g Frozen acai puree and fresh banana can be used instead of acai powder.
Mundella Greek Yoghurt with Honey is used in this recipe. Dairy Free / Vegan Yoghurt of choice can be used.
