Acai Popsicles

 

Transform your Acai bowl into a delightful summer indulgence with our Acai Popsicles recipe. These treats feature our Seriously Great Granola and are packed with nutritious ingredients and can be made vegan and dairy-free. Ideal for cooling down on a summer afternoon, each popsicle is a burst of refreshing goodness. Embrace the season with this guilt-free delight!


Gluten Free

Makes 6

Ingredients

25g / 1 heaped tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Seriously Great Granola

70g / 6-8 strawberries

40g / half small banana, frozen

30g / ¼ cup raspberries, frozen

20g / 1 medjool date, pitted

10g / 1 tablespoon acai powder

60g / ¼ cup yoghurt

Method

Blitz the Seriously Great Granola in a blender with strawberries, banana, raspberries, date, acai powder and yoghurt until smooth. Pour into popsicle mould and place in freezer.

 Notes

80g Frozen acai puree and fresh banana can be used instead of acai powder.

Mundella Greek Yoghurt with Honey is used in this recipe. Dairy Free / Vegan Yoghurt of choice can be used.
