Chocolate Breakie Mousse
Our deliciously decadent gluten free Chocolate Breakie Mousse can be used in many occasions. This quick and easy recipe is completely guilt free with healthy and nutritious ingredients, topped with our Seriously Great Granola.

Makes 1 large or 2 small serves
Ingredients
75g / ½ avocado, peeled and stone removed
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
25g / 1 tablespoon almond butter
1 medjool date, pit removed
60g / ¼ cup coconut yoghurt
40g / ⅓ large banana
20g / 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon cacao powder
20g / 1 heaped tablespoon acai powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
80mls / almond milk, unsweetened
60g / ½ cup frozen strawberries
25g / 1 tablespoon Seriously Great Granola

Method
Add the avocado, vanilla, almond butter, date, yoghurt, banana, cacao, acai, maple syrup, almond milk and strawberries to a high speed blender and blend until super smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries and Seriously Great Granola. This tastes divinely decadent yet will put a smile on your face because it’s so good for you.
Note
If you want to add your favourite chocolate protein powder to give it a boost, add another tablespoon or two of almond milk. It can be kept covered in the fridge overnight, without losing it’s luscious texture.
