Peanut Butter Choc Nib Smoothie Bowl
This healthy, high-protein smoothie bowl is made out of a few simple ingredients and is topped with our Seriously Great Granola, banana, peanut butter and cacao nibs.

Ingredients
40g / 1½ heaped tablespoons Seriously Great Granola
50g / 2 tablespoons peanut butter
60g banana / ¼ cup banana
130g / ¾ cup frozen mango
2 medjool dates, pits removed
3 teaspoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
100mls / ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon coconut water
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (optional)
30g / 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Method
Add all the ingredients, except cacao nibs, to a high speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Stir through the cacao nibs.
Pour into a bowl and top with some Seriously Great Granola, slices of banana and cacao nibs.
